Request data deletion

If you want data held in Altofront reviewed for deletion, email chibuezeumechukwu@gmail.com with the subject “Altofront data deletion request”.

What to include

If you use an Altofront workspace, include the workspace name and the email address you use to sign in. If you are a customer who messaged a merchant through Instagram or WhatsApp, include the merchant name, the channel you used, and the account or number you used to message them. Do not send message contents or identity documents in the first email.

What happens next

We will check that the request relates to the right person or workspace, coordinate with the merchant where the merchant controls the conversation, and explain which Altofront records can be removed. We will tell you if a specific record must be kept for a legal or security reason. Removing data from Altofront does not remove copies held by Meta, the merchant, or other services.
